Our customers receive a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects on any new goods purchased in our stores or in our webshop – used items and consumables are naturally excluded.

For Pioneer products, due to the manufacturer's terms, we can only offer the statutory minimum warranty of one year.

If, despite the careful quality checks by manufacturers, suppliers and ourselves, there should ever be problems with a product, we'll of course do our best to ensure the defect is remedied as quickly as possible. So don't hesitate to contact our service team immediately as soon as you notice any issues with an item. Of course, in addition to the warranty you also have the right to cancel, exchange & return within certain periods. And if – whether purchased from us or elsewhere – you have problems with your instrument functioning correctly, we'll certainly find a solution.

To register a warranty claim, please submit an application in our returns portal. For this you'll need your customer and receipt numbers. You can find these on your delivery note or in the confirmation emails we've sent you. Please have them ready.
