Shipping and Pickup

Within Germany, shipping is free from a purchase value of € 29,– (items that must be shipped by freight are excluded). If your order is placed before 14:00, it will usually be dispatched the same day! Orders that we have to send via a freight company due to size and weight are excluded from this. For shipping to other countries we charge the following shipping costs. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart.

Click & Collect: In addition to our regular shipping options we also offer you the possibility to pick up your orders at our Frankfurt store, our Walldorf store or our central warehouse in Walldorf, provided all your items are available there. Please wait for our e-mail confirming that your ordered goods are ready for collection before you come.

We ship from Monday to Friday. Please note that delivery is kerbside — we can arrange transport to the place of use (living room, basement, etc.) for you at low cost. Call us! For orders to countries outside the EU additional customs duties, country-specific import taxes or charges may apply, which must be paid by the customer locally.

¹ Acoustic pianos require specialist transport and have a delivery time of 1–2 weeks if immediately available, 2–3 weeks for special orders.

² Seasonal factors can occasionally lead to longer delivery times. This is arranged in coordination with the freight company and cannot be influenced by session.
