Shipping and Collection
Within Germany, shipping is free for orders from a purchase value of € 29.00 (items that must be shipped by freight are excluded). If you place your order before 14:00, it will usually be dispatched the same day! Orders that need to be shipped via a freight carrier due to their size and weight are excluded. For shipping to other countries we charge the following shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
Click & Collect: In addition to our regular shipping options, we also offer you the possibility to collect your orders yourself from our Frankfurt branch, our Walldorf branch or our central warehouse in Walldorf, provided your items are all available there. Please be sure to wait for our e-mail confirming that your ordered items are ready for collection before you come to us.

We ship from Monday to Friday. Please note that delivery is kerbside — we can arrange transport to the place of use (living room, basement, etc.) for you at low cost. Call us! For orders to countries outside the EU additional customs duties, country-specific import taxes or charges may apply, which must be paid by the customer locally.
¹ Acoustic pianos require specialist transport and have a delivery time of 1–2 weeks if immediately available, 2–3 weeks for special orders.
