Our customers receive a two-year guarantee that all new goods purchased in our branches or in our online shop will be free of defects - used goods and wear items are of course excluded from this.

Due to the manufacturer's conditions, we can only offer the statutory minimum warranty of one year for Pioneer products.

If there are any difficulties with a product despite the conscientious quality controls carried out by manufacturers, suppliers and ourselves, we will of course be happy to ensure that the defect is remedied as quickly as possible. Therefore, do not hesitate to contact our customer service immediately as soon as you notice any discrepancies in an item. Of course, in addition to the guarantee , you also have options for cancellation, exchange and return within certain deadlines.
