The Universal Audio UAFX Ruby '63 emulates the legendary British tube combo amplifier.

Vintage tones of a classic

The Ruby '63 is a compact modeling amplifier pedal from the UAFX series. With the nickname "Top Boost Amplifier" it is clear that Universal Audio is emulating a legendary British tube combo. The amp pedal features a tailor-made boost circuit and a specific tremolo effect. The coordinated loudspeaker simulation comes with two variants of the well-known "blue" standard speaker and a 12-inch model preferred by Brian May.

DSP power in the pedal

Whether for live performances, in the studio or as a complement to real amplifiers, the Universal Audio UAFX Ruby '63 is versatile. Due to the stereo inputs, the pedal is not only suitable for guitarists, but also for keyboard players and sound designers, for example. With direct control , the pedal can be operated intuitively and offers controls for bass, treble and boost, as well as volume, cut and output. Three channels can be selected directly on the pedal, as can the three speaker variants (Silver, Blue, Green).

The pedal is designed to be stereophonic and has a live mode, a storage space on the pedal and one that can be expanded and controlled via an app.
