Product information

The NUX Amp Academy features the NUX TSAC-2K (white-box amp modeling) algorithm to capture the sound and feel of world-class valve (tube) amplifiers in an effect pedal. Thanks to huge headroom and dynamic range, it delivers a realistic amp feel and excellent playability. Amp Academy offers 6 legendary amp models such as Vintage (Fender Twin Reverb), Classic (Fender Vibro King), Modern (Mesa Boogie Mark I), Brown (Friedman HBE), Red (Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier) and Iridium (Bogner Uberschall). The built-in A/B footswitch lets you switch conveniently from a clean to a crunch amp simulation. The SCENE button cycles through SCENE1, SCENE2 and SCENE3, enabling recall of user presets — ideal for live gigs, the rehearsal room or playing at home.

The name "NUX" (pronounced "New X") stands for "New Experience" – new sonic experiences, new inspiration and new creative possibilities for musicians. With this philosophy NUX develops products for a wide range of users – from the beginner via ambitious hobby musicians to professional artists on stage and in the studio.

The NUX range includes a broad selection of music equipment. For us NUX mainly stands for versatile effect pedals for guitar and bass. The NUX effect pedals combine a compact design with modern technology and offer a wide sonic palette – from classic overdrive and distortion sounds to delay, reverb and modulation effects.
