Cory Wong, one of the coolest funk guitarists of all time, has been swearing by the Wampler EGO Compressor for a long time. Brian Wampler has now given him a sophisticated signature pedal - the Cory Wong Compressor Booster. The compressor and booster can be used independently; the compressor section can also be switched to an "always on" mode with the Comp On switches . With the blend controls , the direct signal can be mixed in continuously; the attack is retained even with strong compression. The booster section can be switched from flat to mid boost. There is a symmetrical XLR output with switchable ground lift on board so that the pedal can also be connected directly to a FOH console or an audio interface without loss.
