The EHX Pico Platform compressor and limiter is a powerful and versatile compressor in a handy pico format. Following on from the original, the Pico Platform offers the stereo Platform's compression section in full for those looking to add smooth studio compression to any pedalboard. Equipped with 2 modes and Hard/Sort Knee compression options, it is perfect for shaping your guitar playing with professional precision.
Use the Pico Platform on any instrument to precisely and effectively control the volume of your signal and extend the sustain on leads. Add subtle dynamics control to smooth out peaks and dips in your signal, or give your sound a real push for more sustain and pizzazz. The Pico Platform is extremely transparent and compresses without coloring the sound, making it extremely versatile and easy to integrate into your existing set-up.
The Pico Platform's controls are simple yet comprehensive. The Sustain control can be used to adjust the compression ratio or limiter threshold to achieve a subtle or strong effect . The Mode button lets you choose between Compressor and limiter modes , as well as Soft Knee and Hard Knee compression curves for gentler or stronger compression.
