The Whitey Tighty Compressor is JHS Pedals version of the classic effect that you can't hear when it's on, but is sorely missed when it's off. The Whitey Tighty is so simple that it never gets in the way of your setup and your sound , and its compact mini format means it can be easily integrated into any pedalboard. The ability to continuously mix compression and clean signals means everyone has the chance to find their perfect sound . The pedal works with three intuitive control options for volume, compression and blend. The volume controls can be used to set the level to unity gain or boost it slightly to compensate for the perceived loss due to compression. The Compression controls adjusts the thickness of compression from a subtle 'smoothing' of the signal to a pleasing squash, perfect for country, blues, pop and rock. You can use the blend controls to adjust the ratio of clean signal to compressed signal. This allows you to preserve the natural sound of the instrument while also providing studio-quality compression that takes your sound to the next level.
