Product information

The Touchstone series is a collaboration between Bourgeois Guitars and Eastman Music Company. After the Touchstone tops are personally inspected by Dana Bourgeois, they are vacuum sealed and shipped to Eastman 's workshop, where a select group of Eastman's finest luthiers, carefully trained in Bourgeois Guitars ' tonal philosophy and construction methods, assemble the tops Integrate Dana Bourgeois' designs and breathe life into every guitar.

The newest member of the Bourgeois Touchstone family is based on one of the most successful models to ever come from the Lewiston workshop - the Country Boy. Inspired by Vintage style, this workhorse has been meticulously handcrafted to provide musicians with the best level of detail, sound and playability. With its warm and clear sound, the all-new Touchstone Country Boy offers an impressive dynamic range suitable for both aspiring and professional players. Crafted from some of the finest tonewoods in its class, the Touchstone Country Boy features a one-piece Honduran mahogany neck , Honduran mahogany bottom and sides, and a handcrafted top made from mature Sitka spruce in Dana Bourgeois' own garden.

Whether you're a seasoned professional musician or just making your way to the Main Stage, Touchstone Country Boy finally makes the immersive boutique gaming experiences once reserved for the few accessible to the many.

About Bourgeois Guitars

The Bourgeois Guitars company is known for the handcrafted production of top-class acoustic guitars. All instruments belong to the absolute premium segment. Dana Bourgeois founded Bourgeois Guitars in 1992 after developing a passion for learning and building quality guitars while studying at Bowdoin College in Maine. He built his own guitars in the early 1970s and opened a small shop in Maine in 1977 where he worked as a guitar maker and repairer.

Over the years, Bourgeois Guitars has earned an excellent reputation because the company places great value on true craftsmanship and excellent sound. Only first-class and carefully selected materials are used for the instruments, because quality always comes first. The brand also impresses with its diversity, so guitarists have many different models to choose from, including dreadnoughts, OM models, jumbos and more. Bourgeois guitars are not just acoustic guitars, but lovingly crafted works of art.
