At just 18g, the AKG C-411 L is an ultra-light condenser pickup (structure-borne sound transducer), ideal for miking acoustic guitars, mandolins, violins and most other stringed instruments, for a clear, uncolored transmission without altering the tonal balancing of the instrument .
