Buy trombones at session

With such a large choice of different models, finding the right trombone can be difficult. To make the buying decision easier, we divide our range into three instrument groups: tenor trombones, tenor trombones with F-attachment and bass trombones. In the different categories we offer models from brands such as Kühnl & Hoyer, Schagerl, B&S, Jupiter, Yamaha or Chicago Winds among others.

How do trombones differ?

Most of the models we offer are lacquered. The bell materials usually vary between brass or gold brass. For the outer slide nickel silver or gold brass is generally used.

Tenor trombones are offered with different bore sizes. Beginner instruments are usually fitted with a smaller M bore. Tenor trombones with F-attachment commonly use the medium ML bore and often the larger L bore. The bell taper and the bell diameter also vary according to the bore.

How much does a trombone cost at session?

Our affordable beginner models start from around 200 euros. A mouthpiece, a sturdy light case with backpack harness and the session quality check are already included at this price. You don’t need more to get started!
In our mid-price segment between 1500 and 2500 euros many well-known manufacturers are represented. Here we offer the largest selection of instruments. Fine individual pieces with very high-quality valves and engravings are of course also available and reach price ranges up to 5000 euros.
