Walrus Audio presents the Silt Harmonic Fuzz, developed together with tube expert Jim Hagerman. With an integrated preamp tube, Silt offers two fuzz characteristics in one pedal. The massive, rich fuzz sounds are perfect for chords and rhythmic parts. A press of the Harmonic footswitch is enough to add unique harmonic overtones to the signal before it passes through the tube. With its analog circuit and the warm distortion of a 12AU7 tube, Silt offers a particularly rich harmonic fuzz - perfect for anyone who wants to discover unique sound worlds.

12AU7 Tube overdrive : The Silt's 12AU7 tube delivers warm, punchy fuzz. Walrus Audio unearthed this sonic fossil to envelop your sound in a warm glow - without sacrificing the rough edges and harmonically complex textures that only tube fuzz can deliver.
Harmonic Mode: Harmonic mode works as a frequency doubler before the drive section of the pedal. This delivers concise, octave-like sounds – perfect for expressive lead sounds. Try harmonic mode with the tone controls on the guitar turned down.
Contour switches: Fine-tune your fuzz sounds with the Contour switches to achieve a wide range of sounds / tones . The pre-tube EQ offers high-pass, linear and low-pass options. This is particularly helpful when switching between different types of pickups. No matter whether you're looking for cutting leads or round rhythm sounds - Silt adapts precisely to your style.
Take your fuzz experience to the next level by running Silt with any tension between 9V and 12V. At 12 V the pedal offers an extra portion of gain. Thanks to the relay-based bypass circuit , the integrity of your guitar sound is always maintained.
