Josh Scott, mastermind of JHS Pedals is known for his cool YouTube promotions - almost exactly a year ago he and EHX graphic designer Daniel Danger had the strange idea of creating a typical 70s Electro Harmonix pedal, which has never existed in this form . The result is the Lizard Queen Octave Fuzz Pedal - a combination of Muff Style Fuzz with a transistor-based Octave Up effect. Mike Matthews, head freak at Electro Harmonix, is always up for bizarre promotions - the Lizard Queen Fuzz is now an integral part of the EHX program. Daniel Danger is responsible for the characteristic 70's look. The Lizard Queen pedal is a fixed fuzz (the level of distortion is predetermined) to which a cool octave up effect can be blended. With the balancing controls (Tone Control) you can smoothly blend between sun and shadow - what other pedal can do that : )! !
