Product information
The HRM version of the Ultraphonic from Vertex comes with a typically British voicing. The gain control determines how intensively the pedal's preamp is used and gives you more control over the amount of distortion coming from the preamp. You can also use the Accent controls to increase the tone presence and slowly add more saturation to your signal. With the “Ratio”controls you can mix your distorted and your clean signal, and with the “Tone”controls you can also accentuate various upper mid frequencies between 800 and 1.6 kHz.
