In order to guarantee impeccable sound properties, SSL makes no compromises at the crucial points. The four microphone preamps impress with best-in-class values and are even equipped with an HPF switches that frees your signal from unwanted rumble noises. When it comes to components, SSL relies on originals from Neutrik, Alps and AKM. Convenient level displays, separately adjustable headphone outputs, a talkback microphone and midi connections complement the ambitious equipment.

If a signal needs a little more character , the Legacy 4K switches can help. This allows you to add a dose of analog sound and glamor at any time. You can use the 8-channel ADAT input to expand with additional microphone inputs, among other things.

You can easily set up and program your SSL12 using the free SSL 360° software , which also manages the SSL DAW and plug-in controllers . The SSL12 mixer is also available there for almost latency-free monitoring mixes. And as if that wasn't enough, SSL also includes a noble selection of software licenses for SSL Native Plugins, DAWs, samples, loops and virtual instruments. This toolbox is optimized for your workflow - whether tracking, mixing or production. So you can get started straight away!
