The Sadowsky SPB-2 Bass preamp offers bassists the same electronics that have been built into every Sadowsky bass for over 25 years. The preamp pedal is perfect for use in an effect setup in the front end of the amplifier. The control options are deliberately kept simple with volume, treble and bass, but treble and bass only work as a boost. The SPB-2 Bass preamp is the perfect choice for upgrading old Vintage instruments where you don't want to change the original electronics. The best results are achieved with passive basses or circuits with active pickups in which you can bypass the active electronics. The SPB-2 Bass preamp also harmonizes perfectly with upright basses.
