It offers the playing experience and sound of a traditional acoustic grand piano, which has been a basic musical building block for more than 300 years. At the same time, the player has limitless creative possibilities at his disposal thanks to the use of the latest digital technology. Since developing the world's first touch-sensitive electric piano in 1974, Roland has been one of the leading innovators in the field of digital pianos.

SuperNATURAL modeling for authentic performances
The ROLAND GP609 PE represents the cutting edge of digital instruments and is based on the renowned Roland SuperNATURAL piano modeling technology, which recreates the complete sound generation process of an acoustic piano and enables a full and complex sound . Be inspired by the unique keyboard made of wood and modern composite materials, which provides an authentic playing feel and outstanding robustness. One wing for all applications
A grand piano is a precise and majestic instrument with a powerful and expressive sound. With its dignified appearance, it adds a touch of classic elegance to any room - whether at home or at an event venue. Despite its undoubted beauty, owning an acoustic grand piano also brings with it numerous demands and challenges. These include the cost of regular tuning and maintenance of the keyboard , as well as the heavy weight, which makes it difficult to move the instrument easily. About Roland

Roland was founded as a manufacturer of various music materials and studio technology on April 18, 1972 in Osaka, Japan. Among the earliest products to come onto the market were the first rhythm machines from the TR series, whose successors TR-808, TB-303 and TR-909 had a significant influence on both techno and electro music, as well as hip hop scene. The JC-120 Jazz chorus guitar amplifier was also created in the mid-1970s, and both Andy Summers from The Police as well as Kirk Hammett and James Hetfield from Metallica were audibly impressed by its ultra-clear sound in conjunction with the built-in chorus effect . Since then and to this day, Roland has continuously expanded its catalog with high-quality and interesting products in a wide variety of fields such as digital pianos, groove boxes, e-drums and synthesizers.
