Product information
The Neumann TLM 49 is a studio microphone in a retro design with a warm sound tuning, optimized for vocals. The Neumann TLM 49 uses the capsule of the legendary M-49 and U-47 microphones and the design is also based on these microphones. Of course, the Neumann TLM 49 has the typical, elegant Neumann nickel matt finish. The large diaphragm capsule of the Neumann TLM 49 offers a cardioid pickup pattern with a tendency towards supercardioid due to the special capsule construction. The Neumann TLM 49 can transmit sound pressure levels up to 114 dB undistorted and provides a dynamic range of 102 dB (A-weighted). The entire internal structure is elastically mounted to protect against structure-borne noise transmission. In addition, the capsule is mounted on a vibration rubber. The Neumann TLM 49 is supplied with the elastic suspension EA3, which effectively protects the microphone from structure-borne noise. Neumann TLM 49:
