Product information
Many of the mallets available on the market are designed for orchestral and other classical applications, which is why drummers in the past have been almost forced to misuse their application on the drum set. One of our first ideas was to develop mallets for the drum set drummer, so that switching from a drum stick to a drum set mallet becomes something completely normal. With a very comfortable to play 5A American Hickory grip , our drum set mallets have been developed designed for drummers who want soft cymbal swells and thunderous toms - coupled with the long durability of a drumstick. The hand-sewn mallet head ensures a super-soft attack.

About Meinl Stick & Brush

Meinl Stick & Brush has been an integral part of the Meinl range since 2018 and is characterized by a clear line-up focused on the most important models. This makes it easy to quickly find your favorite pair. The sticks are made in Germany from high-quality wood and are Weight & pitch Matched , so that the two sticks in a pair not only weigh the same, but also have the same basic tone.

In order to consistently ensure top quality, the blanks are weighed before processing begins and, depending on weight , assigned to a stock model that the blank will become. This is what sets Meinl sticks apart in a special way because this additional step ensures that fluctuations in the quality of the wood can be reliably compensated for and that two pairs of sticks have the same properties, even if they are purchased a few years apart. This means that every pair can always have the same playing feel and sound .

The highest quality standards are ensured in the further manufacturing process by high-precision CNC turning machines . In addition to the classic drumsticks, the range also includes various unique multirods, brushes and mallets to meet all your desires for dynamics and articulation around percussion and drums. Meinl Stick & Brush enjoys the trust of many well-known drummers around the world. These include: Luke Holland and Calvin Rodgers, who have developed signature sticks in close collaboration with Meinl , which can be found in the range under the names SB600 and SB601 respectively.

To experience the complete Meinl Stick & Brush range, we would like to recommend that you visit our Walldorf branch. On site we are home to the first Meinl Flagship Store in Europe , where you can find the entire Meinl Stick & Brush portfolio and of course play around and try it out.
