The D-X2E Brazilian 12-String acoustic-electric features a hand-rubbed satin spruce top with an elegant abalone-patterned rosette and striking Brazilian rosewood high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and bottom for added durability and optics without sacrificing classic Martin tone. Playability improvements include a thinner fretboard with a gently beveled comfort edge and refined string spacing , and a modernized bridge contour for a smooth and comfortable playing experience. The neck, fretboard and bridge are constructed from select hardwoods to enhance sound and sustain, and Martin E-1 electronics feature a built-in chromatic tuner, as well as volume, tone and phase controls. Loud and expansive with strong bass, the D-X2E Brazilian 12-string's iconic dreadnought body is suitable for all genres and experience levels, while the additional strings add a unique tone and texture. All X- series models come with a softshell case.

About Martin

The company CF Martin & Co., or Martin Guitars for short, can look back on a long company tradition and some innovative inventions. This primarily includes the development of the dreadnought form and thus the western guitar as we know it today.
