The success story of the RG guitar begins in 1987 with a modification of the signature electric guitar model Ibanez JEM by the American guitarist Steve Vai .
The abbreviation RG stands for "Roadstar Guitar" . If you consider that the series has been continuously manufactured and continuously developed since its market launch, then the Roadstar guitar machines have definitely put their horsepower on the road.
