With the KIKO100-TRR, Ibanez has given Megadeath guitarist Kiko Loureiro a smart Made in Japan signature model. The guitar scores in playability thanks to the slim neck and the deeper cutaways. The hardware is impressive too: genuine DiMarzio pickups, Edge tremolo and coil-split switching.
Ibanez Signature
The Signature series includes a wide range of Ibanez models that have been adapted to the needs of the respective artist with more or less extensive modifications. The basic idea of signature guitars is, on the one hand, that the artist concerned can, if necessary, replace “their” guitar anywhere in the world, and on the other that the keen guitarist can play the same model as their idol. Many features from signature guitars have since made their way into production models.
