In the Privia series , Casio combines outstanding sound quality, elegant design with a playing feel that you cannot find anywhere else in this price range. The digital pianos are equipped with Casio's 88-key "Tri-Sensor Scaled Hammer Action Keyboard II" mechanics and synthetic ebony and ivory texture. The two models in the series are the PX-770 and PX-870. The PX-770 is the entry into the series and impresses with its multi-dimensional mophing AiR sound generation and 128-voice polyphony. The top model PX-870 has the same sound generation, but a 256-voice polyphony and, in addition to the damper noises, like the PX-770, it also simulates button actuation and release noises as well as 4 different types of wing lids. Both versions have 19 built-in high-quality sounds / tones as well as various effects and a built-in midi recorder. The PX-770 player the excellent tones via two 12 cm loudspeaker, which are powered by two 8 watt amplifiers. In the PX-870 models, however, there are a total of four loudspeaker, two 12 cm and two 4 cm loudspeaker. These are powered by two 20 watt amplifiers.
So that the digital pianos can find their home in every living environment, the instruments are available in three different colors, the typical black, white and brown.
