Polyphones Pitch Shifting, ohne die nervenden Glitch Artefakte bei hohen Oktaven, direkte, verzögerungsfreie Ansprache bei Akkorden oder schnellen Läufen. Das XS-1 bietet 6 Oktaven - 3 Oktaven nach unten und 3 Oktaven nach oben. Mit dem Detune Mode läßt sich ein authentischer Double Tracking Effekt erzielen. Mit der Shift Up Funktion läßt sich ein Capo simulieren. Der interne Fußtaster kann entweder im Toggle oder im Momentary Mode (Effekt nur bei gedrückt gehaltenem Fußtaster - ideal um einzelne Noten oder Akkorde punktuell zu bearbeiten), mit einem optionalen Fußschalter kann zwischen 2 unterschiedlichen Intervallen hin- und hergeschaltet werden.
