Der POG - Polyphonic Octave Generator - ist ein ganz großer Wurf der New Yorker Effektschmiede Electro Harmonix. Der POG ist in diversen Varianten lieferbar - mit dem POG 3 rundet EHX die Serie nach oben ab. Es stehen 6 polyphone Stimmen zur Verfügung, die sich im Stereobild verteilen lassen. Mit an Bord ist ein Multimode Filter mit regelbarem Q und Envelope Sweep. Eigene Effektkreationen lassen sich auf 100 User Presets abspeichern, eine MIDI und eine USB Schnittstelle sind mit an Bord, über die EHXport App lassen sich Presets erstellen und verwalten. Der POG3 liefert alle klassischen POG Sounds wie die legendären Orgel, Poly Attack Filter, Bass Synth, Steel Guitar Bends, Octave Bend Freeze Sounds u.v.m. in erstklassiger Qualität.
