Anchor Guitars New York Tabac CW AE · Western guitar
This still quite young company Anchor Guitars stands for the traditional look combined with modern performance.
The aim of the Anchor guitar builders is to develop acoustic guitars that stand for professional craftsmanship, high-quality workmanship and an attractive price-performance ratio. To achieve this, the Anchor developers only select high-quality and pre-selected woods that are used for the top, sides and back, as well as fingerboard wood made from high-quality rosewood.
If the sound is to be recorded, Anchor relies exclusively on electronics from the manufacturer Fishman and the so-called Presys II preamp system. This system has a volume controls, a bass and treble controls, a phase switch to improve bass reproduction at low volumes and avoid feedback at high volumes, as well as an integrated tuner.
The Dreadnought is probably the most common guitar shape ever - and rightly so! An absolute classic and ideal for chord strumming and accompanying singers, it fits perfectly into any band mix. You can choose from models in four different colors, with/without cutaway and the popular Fishman Presys II pickup.
