About Tim Henson

In 2011, Tim Henson founded the band Polyphia with his co-guitarist Scott LePage , bassist Clay Gober, drummer Brandon Burkhalter and singer Lane Duskin. That same year, the group released their debut EP Resurrect . A year later, singer Lane Duskin left the band and Polyphia continued instrumentally . From the very beginning, Tim's inventiveness and his special playing technique were a cornerstone of the Polyphia sounds. After another EP, the band released their debut album Muse in 2014 with the help of crowdfunding. Polyphia were then signed by Equal Vision Records and re-released their debut album in 2015. In the fall of 2015, the band initially went on a US tour with Invent, Animate and the Headliner Erra . In 2022, the band released their fourth studio album, Remember That You Will Die, which features various guest musicians such as Steve Vai. The album peaked at number 33 on the US Albums Chart .
