Product information
The Yamaha YBS-480 baritone saxophone is the entry-level model in the Yamaha baritone series and the direct successor to the YBS-32. Many of the features of the 62 and 82 baritone saxophones come together with the optimized features of the Yamaha YBS-480 baritone saxophone, giving both students and amateur musicians a fantastic playing experience. This is achieved both through improved weight distribution and through a lighter and more ergonomic flap arrangement. The shorter bell improves intonation and produces a consistent sound across the entire pitch range. The front F key, the low A key, the octave key, as well as the keys for the left and right little fingers have been redesigned and the strap ring has been repositioned, allowing for more comfortable playing.

About Yamaha

Yamaha or A Company That Makes Everything . In fact, you could list more quickly what Yamaha doesn't make. The Japan-based company Yamaha, which has been active for over 125 years, is the jack-of-all-trades among instrument manufacturers. It started out as a producer of pianos and grand pianos and even wooden furniture, but the range has expanded considerably: Yamaha now offers keyboard instruments, string instruments, wind instruments, drums and percussion as well as PA and studio accessories. You will find, for example, western guitars, electric guitars, electric basses, the popular PSR keyboards, acoustic drum sets and electric drum sets or transverse flutes and saxophones in the beginner and advanced range as well as the popular Clavinova CLP-700 digital pianos and entertainer keyboards such as the Genos or the Yamaha MX49 synthesizer, PA equipment and studio monitors for professional demands. In any case, you can always rely on Yamaha to provide excellent value for money.
