Taylor Guitars celebrates five decades of guitar building with strictly limited edition models that showcase premium tonewoods, exquisite equipment, sophisticated craftsmanship and the innovative spirit that defines the Taylor Guitar legacy. The Builders Edition 314ce LTD Natural is one of these models.
A new tone wood combination in the 300 Series
We’re thrilled to introduce the Builder’s Edition 314ce LTD, a part of Taylor’s 50th anniversary limited-edition 300 Series. Featuring Urban Ash back and sides, a Sitka spruce top, and hand-pleasing details, this guitar is a player’s delight. The ash showcases a deep tobacco color, bringing out the wood grain richness. Tonally, Urban Ash combines mahogany and koa properties, offering a focused, even response that suits a wide range of playing styles. Paired with a spruce top and V-Class voicing, players will love the clarity, projection, sustain, and responsiveness.
Neo vintage design with modern accents
The ergonomic and sound-enhancing details, such as the bevelled armrest and cutaway, the chamfered body edges and the Curve Wing bridge, make the guitar a real joy for any guitarist. Other features include Compass inlays, silver side dots, a black/ivoroid-coloured binding, Italian acrylic rosette and Gotoh 510 tuners in Antique Gold. The guitar is fitted with ebony bridge pins and gold acrylic dots. There is a choice of a natural-coloured or a Kona Burst top with a pickguard with Firestripes. In both cases, the body is finished with a Silent Satin finish. The ergonomic properties, aesthetic appeal and tonal versatility make this guitar a powerful and inspiring instrument.

Like all models in the 50th Anniversary Collection, production of the Builder's Edition 314ce LTD Natural is limited to 1,974 guitars worldwide. This highly versatile Grand Auditorium comes with a commemorative body label and ES2 electronics. A luxurious Builder's Edition hardcase is included.
