Digital 2-channel wireless microphone system
In addition to spectacular technical features, the Wireless PRO impresses with its included original accessories, which alone are worth EUR 388.00. Wireless PRO can be used in a variety of ways and is compatible with cameras, iPhone®, smartphones, Mac and PC - appropriate USB cable are including. Wireless PRO is perfect for interviews and other occasions where two sound sources need to be recorded simultaneously and separately.
The small transmitter modules can be easily attached to clothing with their clip or to your belt if you prefer to use the included Lavalier II microphones. The edition at the receiver is two-channel, either analogue via the 3.5 mm TRSS socket or digital via USB-C. If you output the sound via USB-C, you can connect a standard headset to the receiver. This not only allows you to listen in, but also to record a third microphone signal at the same time.
The sound quality is both analog and digital at its best: crystal clear and ready to broadcast. The transmitter and receiver have an internal battery that lasts for up to 7 hours. RØDE uses the toll-free and registration-free 2.4 GHz band for radio transmission. The Wireless PRO transmitters have a range of 260 (!) meters with a clear line of sight.
The transmitter modules (TX)
A high-quality microphone is already built into each of the two 4x4 cm small transmitter modules, which has been optimally tuned for voice transmission. The transmitter module can be easily attached to clothing using the clip on the back. If the transmitter module is too noticeable in the picture, you can use the 3.5 mm TRS socket on the side and connect an external microphone there - for example the included Lavalier II.
GainAssist technology
GainAssist, an intelligent automatic control system that permanently adapts the internal gain setting in the transmitter module to the respective sound source, is very helpful. In this way, you are protected from surprises and the audio signal is always transmitted at a healthy level and with the best possible intelligibility.
Recording in the transmitter module, 32 bit float audio
Wireless PRO offers a recording function directly in the transmitter module and for this purpose an internal 32 GB audio memory, which is sufficient for more than 40 hours. The recording is made uncompressed as a WAV file. Wireless PRO is also the first radio link in the world to deliver 32-bit floating point audio. The advantage: As long as the max. SPL of 123 dB is not exceeded, it is virtually impossible to distort the signal through digital clipping. Very loud passages with flattened level peaks can be compensated for later by normalizing them during post production in a DAW compatible with 32-bit float.
SMPTE time code generator
Wireless PRO uses SMPTE timecode with LTC encoding. The receiver module always acts as a master, which automatically transmits the timecode to the transmitter modules and outputs it as an audio signal on the right channel. The RØDE Central configuration software can be used to set the required frame rate (23.98 fps, 24 fps, 25 fps, 29.97 drop frame, 29.97 or 30 fps) and the desired mode (Real Time or Continuous).
The receiver module (RX)
The receiver module can be easily attached to the camera's hot shoe. Use the included spiral cable to connect the module to the camera's 3.5 mm microphone input. You can also output the signal digitally to a computer or a Smart or iPhone® using the appropriate USB cable ( including). In this case, you can use the module's four-pin TRRS socket and connect a headset there, which allows you to listen in and record a third microphone signal at the same time. You can also set whether the transmitter signals should be output separately (split) or combined (merge).
Lavalier II
The including includes two premium clip-on microphones with the two Lavalier II. With its straight frequency response, gentle presence boost and color-free sound character, the Lavalier II delivers outstanding sound quality and is suitable for practically every type of speaker. The microphone is connected via its high-quality 1.2 m ribbon cable. The 3.5 mm plug has a union nut so that it can be screwed onto the microphone input of the transmitter module.
Accesories
In order to be mobile flexible, the three modules are delivered in an elegant charging case with a battery capacity of 4500 mAh, which allows the modules to be fully charged twice. On the back of the case is the USB-C connection and next to it a charging status LED with a test button. A second, externally identical case is used to transport the remaining accessories: 2x Lavalier II microphone, 2x MagClip GO magnetic holder, 5 windscreens, a USB-C to Lightning cable, a USB-C to USB-C cable and a SuperSpeed USB-C USB-C cable.

Innovation from Australia
RØDE is an Australian manufacturer of microphones and audio accessories headquartered in Sydney. Founded in 1967, the company has grown since the 1990s into one of the world’s leading brands in recording, broadcast, and content creation audio.
RØDE gained international recognition primarily through its large-diaphragm condenser microphones, which made professional sound quality accessible at an attractive price point. Models such as the NT1 and NT1-A quickly became established in home and project studios and remain an integral part of countless music and voice productions to this day.
Over the years, RØDE has continuously expanded its product range. In addition to studio condenser microphones, the portfolio now includes dynamic microphones, broadcast and podcast microphones, video and camera microphones, lavalier microphones and wireless systems, as well as a wide range of accessories. Especially in the fields of content creation, streaming, and mobile recording, RØDE offers practical solutions for modern production environments.
A key characteristic of the brand is the close integration of technical development, manufacturing expertise, and quality control at its Australian facilities. RØDE relies on advanced production processes and high quality standards, which are reflected in the durability and reliability of its products.
Today, RØDE microphones are used worldwide in home studios, professional recording studios, broadcast facilities, and by content creators. The brand stands for reliable audio quality, innovative technologies, and strong value for money.
