Orange PPC212
The PPC212 has a closed 2×12″ cabinet that is the same width as the PPC412. Fitted with two Celestion Vintage 30 speakers, the PPC212 is essentially a classic 4×12 cabinet reduced by half. The large internal volume of the closed enclosure makes the PPC212 ideal for players seeking the fattest possible tone when a 4×12″ would be too big. Many players choose to stack two PPC212 cabinets to make loading easier, which also gives them the flexibility to use just one cabinet for smaller gigs. The PPC212 is made in England from high-density 13-ply 18-mm birch plywood and is fitted with steel hardware to withstand the rigours of the road. Orange's unique skids on the underside of the cabinet help acoustically couple it to the stage to achieve fuller low-end reproduction.
