Der legendäre ODR-1 war lange ein Geheimtip, hat aber inzwischen seinen Siegeszug auf unzähligen Pedalboards fortgesetzt. War das goldene Anniversary Modell mit seinem regelbaren Basscut schon eine sinnvolle Weiterentwicklung so kommt jetzt mit dem ODR-1 X die nächste Entwicklungsstufe. Die 1 X Variante bietet auch den regelbaren Bass Cut, hat aber noch weitere Highlights unter der Haube: ein regelbarer Gain Boost (per Remote Buchse mit einem optionalen Fußschalter fernbedienbar!!) hieft das Overdrive Pedal in Hard Rock Gefilde - neben dem transparenten, organischen Overdrive Sound sind jetzt auch heftige Crunchsounds möglich. Weitere Features: interner Schalter für buffered- oder True Bypass, 18 Volt Betrieb für erweiterten Headroom möglich, herausklappbare "Mounty P" Befestigungslaschen zur stressfreien Befestigung auf dem Pedalboard.

Founded in 1983 by Bernhard Kurzke, Nobels started out as a small company with big ambitions: great sounds, clever ideas, and fair prices. Since then, Nobels has pursued a clear motto: “No fashion! Just straight, high standards with that little extra for the musician!”
The Natural Overdrive ODR-1, first introduced in 1993, made Nobels particularly well known in studio circles. Its open, natural sound established itself as the antithesis to the “nasal” overdrives that were widespread at the time.
