The Keilwerth SX-90 R is a professional model. Since 1925, Keilwerth has been developing saxophones that allow musicians to shape their own sound and style. With this in mind , Keilwerth took the technical advantages and improvements of the SX-90 and added further features to tailor the instrument to the musician. The result is the Keilwerth SX-90 R (the R stands for tune holes with crimp rings), a saxophone that is reminiscent of the old Conn and Buescher saxophones of the 1940s. The most outstanding feature of this saxophone is the tune holes. The Keilwerth SX-90 R uses flanged rings that are soldered onto the standard tune holes .
