The Ibanez BTB866SC-WKL is a 6-string bass with neck-through construction / acoustic and Bartolini BH2 pickup and combines many premium features at an affordable price.
The ash top with Weathered Black finish gives this bass an exotic look and the ash/okoumé body ensures an excellent response, a bright and powerful sound with rich sustain. The 5-piece maple and Pacific walnut neck ensures a clear tone and excellent response, the graphite reinforcing rods ensure solid sustain and excellent stability, the rosewood fretboard ensures a balanced, solid tone with focused mids. The neck-through construction / acoustic contributes to massive sustain and smooth access to layers on the fretboard .
The hardware is also top: The Bartolini BH2 pickup offer a tight bass, powerful mids and a gentle response.
