Pedalboard amps are very popular - Hughes & Kettner has won a place on numerous pedalboards with the Black Spirit Floor and the AmpMan pedals. With the StompMan, another representative of this genre comes on board. The ultra-compact StompMan delivers up to 50 watts of output power, one channel with resonance, presence and tone EQ covers the range from clean to rich crunch, effects pedals can be integrated via the serial effects loop. The preamp can be completely deactivated, the AmpMan then works as a pedalboard amplifier and can then be operated with external preamps, modelers or amp in a box pedals - the sagging control of the amplifier remains active. The input of the amplifier can be adjusted with a trim pot. A solo function - 6 dB volume increase - can be activated using a footswitch .
