Product information

Masterful modern craftsmanship and vintage-inspired details come together in the Paramount PO-220E - a delightful combination. The top is made of solid spruce or solid mahogany, the sides and back are also made of solid mahogany. We optimized the resonance behavior and tone of the PO-220E with offset X bracing. The pickup developed by Fender and Fishman perfectly captures the warm, present and mid-heavy sound of the new PO-220E Orchestra Body. The controls are discreetly placed in the soundhole without compromising the Vintage aesthetic. There is another pickup inside on the top ; it registers the body vibrations and amplifies them. This signal can be mixed with that of the Sonicore undersaddle pickup as desired. New design details include pearloid inlays in the snowflake fretboard , the feather pattern on the purfling and rosette, a stripe on the back and the pickguard in black or tiger stripes. The fretboard and bridge of the PO-220E are made of Ovangkol, the slim, tapered neck is made of mahogany, and the saddle and bridge inlay are made of real bone. A hard case is included.
