Fender custom shop 1963 Stratocaster Relic Aged

Based on the 60s Stratocaster model from the Fender custom shop , we have designed this unique metallic run for you - in 12 ultimate colors!

Once again we invaded the legendary Fender halls in Corona, California and made the most of it! The selected alder body is loaded with three Fender custom shop Handwound 60/63 Strat single coils, synchronized tremolo and 5-way switches. While the body and headstock come in delicate Relic, the hardware in this series is in the Closet Classic level. Things were more radical on the back of the neck - significantly more paint was removed here to make it easier to play.

This combination simply looks great: metallic color / finish, hardware in Closet-Clasic, bright white pots and pickup cover and a 3-layer mint pickguard. The color / finish shown is purple.

On the back of the instruments you can see the screwed protective cover for the tremolo and springs. The Relic look from the Fender custom shop impresses in teal green.

If you hold the Strats up to the light, the metallic finish shimmers wonderfully - here in copper. From this perspective you can also admire the excellent interaction of the individual materials and relic levels. Thank you Fender for this great work.

Colors like from the candy store

The Fender custom shop 1963 Strats in subtle Relic and single-coil components are of course available here at session!

"According to our ideas down to the last detail. Completely tailored to the high demands of our customers."

On the front side and facing the viewer is a dark graded AAA rosewood fingerboard. fretboard radius: 9.5". Dot fingerboard inlays complete the overall impression. Here is the version in British Racing Green.

Nickel / Chrome aged tuner keep the strings in tension and a 60s style oval "C" neck profile made of quartersawn maple keeps it in check. The nut is made of bone, 1,650" wide. 21 frets can be played.

As the selected option on the Shop Floor Traveler: Unfinished Neck back - i.e. Nitro varnish from the back of the neck. The 63 neck is screwed four times into the 60 body, made of two parts made of alder. The Candy Apple Red shines beautifully.

About Fender Custom Shop 1963 Metallic Run
