Der Mahagoni-Korpus mit edler Quilted-Maple-Decke liefert einen druckvollen Grundsound, während der dreiteilige Mahagoni-Hals im Thin-U-Profil und das Palisandergriffbrett mit 22 Extra-Jumbo-Bünden eine präzise, schnelle Bespielbarkeit ermöglichen. Das Vintage-Burst-Finish mit weißem Binding an Korpus, Hals und Headstock rundet den klassischen Look stilvoll ab.
Klanglich ist die EC-400QM klar auf Durchsetzung ausgelegt: Der EMG 81 am Steg liefert straffen High-Gain-Punch, der EMG 85 am Hals überzeugt mit satten Leads und warmen Cleans.
