Despite its compact dimensions , the GEB-7 covers an extremely wide frequency range , from 50Hz to 10kHz. This makes it ideal for every bass, even 5-strings. Tailored specifically to the needs of bass players, it has 3 controls for the particularly critical middle frequencies 400Hz, 500Hz and 800Hz, which determine the basic character of the bass sound. Each of the 7 frequencies can be boosted or cut over a range of +/- 15dB. This optimally emphasizes the special character of each playing technique, from dynamic fingerpicking to aggressive slapping.
