Buy Telecaster or T-guitar models at session

Would you like to buy an original Fender Telecaster or another guitar in the popular T- form from other manufacturers? In our webshop you will find a huge selection of different models of this design classic and useful accessories.

The Fender Telecaster is one of the most played and best-known guitar models today, alongside the Fender Stratocaster and the Gibson Les Paul FENDER Telecaster Butterscotch in the world. The Telecaster has been mass-produced by the Fender company since the early 1950s, as one of the first guitars with a solid electric guitar body . Earlier electronic guitars were more acoustic in nature and, thanks to their electronic pickup, led to unwanted feedback and feedback noises. Their inventor Leo Fender - who at the time earned his living as the owner of a small radio specialist shop - made lap steel guitars with a friend and developed the first simple electric guitar for testing purposes. From a simple solid piece of wood, Leo Fender milled and sawed a body - and assembled a neck. He then built two simple pickups, one of which he wound with a few more turns of wire and the first electric guitar for everyone was created .

It should be simple and functional. To this day, every Fender Telecaster (as well as most T- form guitars similar to the model ) follows this principle: simple construction, twanging sound . Today's Fender Telecaster began its triumphant march under the name Esquire and Broadcaster . However, during a dispute with the Gretsch company, the name Broadcaster had to be abandoned for legal reasons. Since the guitar didn't have a name at that time, the models were simply called Nocaster , before it was renamed Telecaster - inspired by the relatively new invention of the television (television).

The classic Fender Telecaster and all T- form guitars resemble the outline of an acoustic guitar. The unmistakable Tele-Body is much flatter, however, as it is made from a solid piece of wood. On some guitars that are modeled on the Tele form , the body can also consist of several pieces of wood. In its classic form , the body features a screwed maple neck with a 648 mm scale length . In today's models, the truss rod is adjusted at the top end - on the headstock. On some early models you sometimes had to separate the neck from the body to access the truss rod.

The “bridge pickup construction / acoustic ” is characteristic and firmly linked to the sound and appearance of the Telecaster. It is described as the heart of a true Fender Telecaster. The adjustable bridge and pickup position create a unit that produces the unmistakable Telecaster sound . A pickup with a metal cap serves as the neck pickup. You can use the pickup switch to switch back and forth between the pickup models or select both at the same time. Volume and tone controls round off the electronics. The strings of the Fender Telecaster are pushed through the body from behind, redirected to the brass saddles of the “bridge pickup construction / acoustic” and attached to one side of the tuning machines located on the headstock. The striking recess in the headstock has become an identifying mark.

Fender American Telecaster

A leap in quality becomes noticeable when you upgrade to the Fender Telecaster models from the American series . These models are - as the name suggests - manufactured in various factories in America and are characterized by higher quality wood and materials. A distinction is currently made between the models from the American Professional, Original, Elite and Performer series.

The Fender American Professional Telecaster is considered THE TELECASTER par excellence. There is almost no American guitarist who has not had this model in their hands. Earlier models made a name for themselves as the Fender American Standard Telecaster. More modern specifications such as two "V-Mod" Telecaster single coils, a new "DEEP-C" neck profile, higher "Narrow-Tall" frets, a revised bridge construction / acoustic and a "Treble-Bleed" circuit characterize this reinterpreted American Telecaster classic.

The Fender American Performer Telecaster can be described as the little sister of the American Professional. Its features include the new Yosemite pickups, Classicgear tuning machines, jumbo frets, a matt neck finish and grease bucket electronics with an integrated push-pull potentiometer.

Telecaster models from the Fender American Elite series are considered modern developments of the American Professional series. They often impress with more exotic woods and more unusual circuits and pickup configurations. The otherwise striking body shape of the American Elite Telecaster models also appears somewhat rounder and more modern.

If you decide to buy a Telecaster from the Fender American Original series , you are getting a piece of history at your fingertips. With the Telecaster models from the American Original series, Fender produces authentic replicas from the 50s and 60s. Vintage look and components that are in no way inferior to those of the past are mandatory here. A Fender American Original Telecaster is covered with nitro lacquer and equipped with “52 Pure- Vintage” pickups. The high-quality nitro lacquer allows the wood to breathe better, while the Vintage pickups ensure an authentic sound from earlier eras. A thicker U- neck profile and exact Vintage radii on the body, neck, fretboard and frets, as well as hardware in exact Vintage construction round off the equipment .

Fender Mexico Telecaster

The models from Mexico have settled between the Fender Telecaster guitars from the Far East and America. There are currently four different series. These would be the Fender Player, Deluxe Classic and Artist Telecaster series . In the different models, parallels to the four variants from the American series can be seen. The Fender Player Telecaster is considered the Mexican version of the Fender American Professional Telecaster and thus embodies pure Fender spirit. The Fender Deluxe Telecaster is a modern development of the popular classic. We often find noiseless pickup components and optimized tuning machines and bridge constructions, as well as more unusual electronics. The Telecaster guitars from the Fender Classic series try to be as authentic as possible to the models from the 50s and 60s and are therefore similar to the Telecaster models from the Fender American Original series. The Telecaster guitars from the Fender Artist series are authentic and unusual replicas of the cult guitars of well-known guitarists. With these models the love is in the details.

In our webshop you will find the various Telecaster series from Fender and can also choose from a variety of different T-guitars from other brands such as Haar or Friedman Guitars with different features and colors.
