Buy left-handed electric guitars at session

Unfortunately, left-handed or lefty guitarists often have a difficult time because the selection of instruments is significantly smaller for them than for the right-handed “mainstream guitarist”. But this circumstance is no reason to despair. In our webshop we offer the left-handed guitarist a large show stage and enough choice to realize his musical potential. Are you looking for the legendary Fender Strato or Telecaster models or do you want to hold a famous Gibson Les Paul in your hands? We offer you a variety of popular guitar models from Fender , Gibson , Ibanez , Gretsch and PRS as rare left-handed guitars.

Left-handed guitars are becoming increasingly popular. These mirrored versions of a “normal guitar” make it much easier for left-handed people to play and make music. Famous guitarists like Jimi Hendrix, Paul McCartney and later Kurt Cobain and Tony Iommi had a much harder time getting their rare left-hand guitars. Now you could say that on a normal guitar you could simply put the strings “upside down”. But it's not done with that. Unfortunately, the joy of playing that results from the subsequent conversion is often unsatisfactory. In order to achieve a pure octave guitar tone, the bridge on most guitars is installed at an angle. If you were to simply wind the strings the other way around, the deep sounding, slightly thicker guitar strings would most likely buzz at the frets. Large guitar manufacturers have therefore made it their purpose to mirror popular guitar shapes and bring them onto the market as a left-handed version (LH guitar).

On left-handed guitars , however, not only are the strings wound upside down, the body and the recesses associated with it, which are intended to make gripping easier (single or double cuts), as well as the electronics and headstocks are installed and arranged in a mirrored manner. If you decide to buy a left-handed electric guitar, you should also take the twisted circumstances into account when selecting accessories or notation . For example, problems can arise when purchasing so-called form cases, pickguards or fingering charts.

If you're a left-handed person and want to avoid the extra effort, you can of course also get into the habit of playing your guitar like a right-handed person. Well-known guitarists like Gary Moore, Mark Knopfler and Steve Morse have successfully shown us how it can work. For all other left-handed people among you, we have put together a selection of left-handed guitars from well-known manufacturers such as Gibson , Fender , Gretsch , Ibanez and PRS in our web shop, as well as additional guitar accessories.
