The slightly narrower fretboard makes these guitars feel comfortable and inviting no matter how you play, and the built-in Taylor ES 2 electronics mean you can plug them into an amplifier and play straight away. With Grand Auditorium, Dreadnought and more recently Grand Concert models , the 100 series offers everything a beginner needs and a robust tone that will satisfy even experienced players.
Taylor's reputation for unmatched comfort and playability begins with the slim Taylor neck . The six-string models of the 100 series have a narrower nut width of 42.86 mm (1-11/16") , which makes it easier to finger chords and individual notes and puts less strain on the fingering hand.
