Wireless audio without compromise
In wireless transmission, UHF is the benchmark by which all other wireless audio systems are measured. For many years, professionals worldwide have used the UHF systems of the Evolution Wireless series and appreciated their reliability, flexibility and extensive feature set. The EW-DP series now combines these characteristics with the advantages of digital transmission technology and ensures unrivalled signal clarity and efficient use of the spectrum.

The automatic frequency management coordinates up to 16 systems for you – without any wireless know‑how. That way you find and manage free frequencies quickly and efficiently.
Improved handling
Special attention was paid to the ergonomic mechanics during the development of the Sennheiser EW-DP system. Every switch, every connector and every component has been optimised for the best possible user experience. An innovative mounting system makes setup as quick as it is secure: simply attach the magnetic mounting plate and stack the receivers on it. Thanks to the OLED displays, you'll have all settings and notifications clearly in view even in poor lighting conditions or from awkward angles. Various power options – batteries, rechargeable batteries or direct power via the USB‑C port – provide the necessary assurance for long shoots.
On‑the‑fly troubleshooting
Additionally, the wireless EW‑DP system helps you with troubleshooting. If setup or operation errors occur in the hectic pace of a shoot, the system sends intelligent notifications with suggested fixes. If the audio signal is clipping, the system suggests reducing the gain. A low battery triggers a warning. If a frequency that's already in use is accidentally selected, the system prompts you to change frequency. If transmitter and receiver aren't connected, EW‑DP asks you to press the 'Sync' button. And if a transmitter is accidentally muted, a notification appears with the option to unmute it remotely. The intelligent notifications are especially helpful when you're working alone.
Flexible control
With the EW‑D Smart Assist App for iOS or Android you have your wireless transmissions under control. The systems can be automatically set up, operated and monitored via Bluetooth. Remote access even allows settings to be changed quickly and discreetly during shoots. Of course, all settings can also be made directly on the device.
