Since the mid-1980s the Lakewood guitar manufacturer has stood for the highest quality in guitar making – Made in Germany! The excellently finished steel-string acoustic guitars from the nearby town of Gießen have always convinced not only our store and specialist sales staff, but above all delighted our customers.

Especially the high-quality acoustic guitars from the sought-after Custom Shop of the Gießen guitar manufacturer make every acoustic fan's heart beat faster. Real heart-stoppers are created there. And so our purchasing team set off to once again throw the EKG line of all Lakewood enthusiasts a little out of rhythm. With combined forces and bundled know-how, four exclusive Lakewood Custom one-offs were created.

During our visit we took a close look at various tonewoods for you and ultimately selected very rare Bocote and Rio rosewood. These are now available to you as both M-shape (Grand-Concert) and D-shape (Dreadnought) with different features.
