Marco and Tim are happy to take care of all your lower-end concerns. We're glad to set up your instruments: action (string height), intonation, neck relief – no problem for us! Want new pickups installed? We do that gladly as well. Does your bass pedalboard still look a bit sparse? Ask us, because we have a good selection of pedals ready to go! Basses, bass amplifiers and cabinets can be thoroughly tested in our three demo rooms.

Service, repair and restoration of electric and acoustic guitars and basses in Frankfurt

We're pleased to recommend, through our partnership with Hofmann Guitars and the luthier Normen Hofmann, an experienced specialist for all your damaged guitars and basses. Normen is usually on-site in Frankfurt for you on Fridays and accepts repair jobs. You are welcome to arrange an appointment with him personally by e-mail.

Among others, Normen offers the following work:

Service

Adjustment of neck relief, action (string height) and intonation
Installation and modification of electronics
Pickup installation
Fret levelling
Cleaning and polishing of all surfaces

Repair

Finishing work in polyurethane and nitrocellulose lacquer
Routing work for e.g. new pickup configurations
Gluing work on necks and bodies (e.g. broken headstock)
Refretting
New builds/reconstructions of necks and bodies

Smaller jobs, such as a string change, setting the action or a neck adjustment, can of course also be carried out by the acoustic and electric guitar departments.
