Shipping and collection
Shipping within Germany is free for purchases over €29. If your order is placed before 12:00 p.m., it will usually be shipped the same day! This excludes orders that we have to ship with a shipping company due to their size and weight. We charge you the following shipping costs for shipping to other countries. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
Click & Collect: In addition to our normal shipping options, we also offer you the opportunity to pick up your orders yourself in our Frankfurt branch, our Walldorf branch or our central warehouse in Wiesloch, as long as your items are all available there. Please be sure to wait for our email that your ordered goods are ready for collection before you come to us .

We ship from Monday to Friday. Please note that delivery is curbside - we can arrange transport to the place of use (living room, basement, etc.) for you at low cost. Call us! For orders to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, country-specific import taxes or fees may apply, which must be paid by the customer locally.
¹ Due to special transport, acoustic pianos have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks if they are directly available, or 2-3 weeks if ordered.
