The electric guitars from the Firewild series from Wild Customs sound exactly as they look! Once plugged in, the Firebird Explorer hybrids impress with a unique and incredibly powerful sound. Who's surprised, because every Firewild electric guitar from Wild Customs is a handmade unique piece !
Made in Wild!
All work steps, from design and production, to finish and wiring, to the final adjustment work, take place 100% in France . This is how the company Wild Customs manages to supply its customers with instruments of absolute top quality – Made in the EU .
The hand-made solid-body instruments are made up of different tonewood combinations such as mahogany, maple and ash as well as an inserted neck . This is often made of maple or mahogany. The inserted neck transmits the resonance between neck and body more freely and directly than a screwed neck. The resulting fat sound is often preferred by blues and rock 'n' roll lovers. Fans of the Firewild series also appreciate the popular 24 3/4"scale length . This is used on most Gibson guitars and at 629 mm is slightly shorter than Fender 's 25 1/2" scale length . The shorter scale length is characterized by lower tension and a lighter playing feel, which together creates a warmer tone.
Each electric guitar in the Firewild series is exceptionally crafted and impresses with a unique look.
Wild Custom Guitars, also known as Wild Customs , is a small handcrafted guitar manufacturer from France that specializes in the highest quality. All Wild Customs guitars are particularly characterized by the fact that they are 100% hand-made in France and made from the best materials.
The company was founded in 2008 by Julien Joseph Roure in Creuzier-le-Vieux, France. The first guitar from Wild Customs was the WildOne. The range grew and expanded to include the Telecaster-inspired Wild-TV, the Firebird-Explorer hybrid FireWild and the Baroness, which is based on the Les Paul.
For everyone for whom this selection is not enough, Wild Customs also has a solution: they are able to implement every design request of the customer. With a “Custom Wild Custom” everything can be specialized and customized down to the smallest detail. Do you want the body made from a specific wood? No problem. Should this wood be processed in a certain way? But of course.
This attention to detail is reflected in every Wild Customs instrument and seasoned musicians such as Billy Gibbons, Richard Fortus and Kurt Ballou can be counted among the enthusiastic customers.
You can of course find further information about the individual models on our product pages or from our expert staff in the branches in Frankfurt and Walldorf.
