Each electric guitar from the popular Wild Customs Baroness series is unique and 100% made in France . Every single work step, starting with design and production, through finish and wiring, right up to the final adjustment work, is done by hand . Thanks to this dedication to the manufacturing process , Wild Customs guarantees that every electric guitar it delivers to its customers is an instrument of absolute premium quality – Made in the EU .
Despite their double-cut body shape, the electric guitars from the Baroness series resemble the famous Les Paul design. Wild Customs equips every Baroness with a solid body and a vaulted top . Different tone woods such as mahogany, maple and ash are used. As with the other series from the French guitar manufacturer, the guitar neck is glued in instead of screwed on. This has the advantage that the resonance between the body and neck is transmitted more freely and directly. This results in a fat, warm tone. The great sound is also accompanied by pleasant playability. This is due to the 24 3/4"scale length with 22 frets and the 12"fretboard radius with C-shape neck profile . The scale length is often found on Gibson guitars. At 629 mm, it is slightly shorter than the 25 1/2"scale length of most Fender guitars. Fans of the Baroness series appreciate the easier playing feel that results from the lower tension .
The elaborate Relic designs and finishes deserve special attention. As you can see at first glance, there is a lot of love in the details.
Wild Custom Guitars, also known as Wild Customs , is a small handcrafted guitar manufacturer from France that specializes in the highest quality. All Wild Customs guitars are particularly characterized by the fact that they are 100% hand-made in France and made from the best materials.
The company was founded in 2008 by Julien Joseph Roure in Creuzier-le-Vieux, France. The first guitar from Wild Customs was the WildOne. The range grew and expanded to include the Telecaster-inspired Wild-TV, the Firebird-Explorer hybrid FireWild and the Baroness, which is based on the Les Paul.
For everyone for whom this selection is not enough, Wild Customs also has a solution: they are able to implement every design request of the customer. With a “Custom Wild Custom” everything can be specialized and customized down to the smallest detail. Do you want the body made from a specific wood? No problem. Should this wood be processed in a certain way? But of course.
This attention to detail is reflected in every Wild Customs instrument and seasoned musicians such as Billy Gibbons, Richard Fortus and Kurt Ballou can be counted among the enthusiastic customers.
You can of course find further information about the individual models on our product pages or from our expert staff in the branches in Frankfurt and Walldorf.
