The Studiologic sound _ _ . The revolutionary UXlogic user interface allows quick and easy access to all functions thanks to the color display synchronized to the active zone and the color-coded knobs . The sound engines are based on a powerful mix of sampling, wave shaping and true physical modeling, allowing for an endless variety of sounds . A large portion of the internal memory is available for additional sounds , which are available via the manufacturer's website. All factory and new user sounds can be organized via the Numa Manager desktop app. The Studiologic inputs The Studiologic Numa X Piano consists of a solid metal housing which, together with the elegant solid wood side panels, ensures an elegant optics . Additionally equipped with the newly designed rail system, the piano offers additional space for the easy integration of accessories.
The new firmware update 2.1 for Numa Numa X brings a lot of new features and improvements:
Electric pianos
Thanks to the powerful Electric modeling technology , the algorithms of all electric pianos have been refined. In particular, the EP MarkI and EP MarkII sounds are now more percussive and punchy with high dynamics, and the Wurlys have greater overtone content. See video.
Distortion and reverb
The overdrive and Warm Drive effects are even more realistic thanks to the analysis of the most famous analog references.
In addition, the bass and treble distortion can be adjusted separately and the amplification can be better controlled.
The new Spring2 effect complements the existing Spring1. Studiologic has worked hard to reproduce the spring reverb of their beloved Vintage products as faithfully as possible. Combined with an electric piano or guitar, the effects recreate an atmosphere of famous historical recordings - thanks to the processing power of the Numa X Piano.
Further improvements
In the last update, the ability to change the program using the SLP3-D pedal was added.
With update 2.1, Studiologic has also expanded this function in the favorites.
Speaking of pedals: You can now specify how the assigned parameters should behave when changing programs:
Snap: The parameter takes the value stored in the program.
Direct: The parameter value “hangs” on the current pedal position.
