The Roland GK-3 is the further development of the GK-2 AH. The size of the controller unit has been reduced by 30%, all other improvements are listed below. About Roland

Roland was founded as a manufacturer of various music materials and studio technology on April 18, 1972 in Osaka, Japan. Among the earliest products to come onto the market were the first rhythm machines from the TR series, whose successors TR-808, TB-303 and TR-909 had a significant influence on both techno and electro music, as well as hip hop scene.
